My mother has been trying to get an appointment at this facility for April and has been contacting them on a regular basis for almost a month. Each time she called she was told the schedule for April was not yet up and she would have to call back. She repeated this process for several weeks. Stephanie, we sincerely apologize for your experience as we care about our guests and try to create a positive experience even when we are unable to accommodate for a specific day, but here at the Woodhouse Saturdays do book very fast as they are the most popular day. We only have our schedule up about a month in advance and had only put out the first week of April (March 30th-April 4th). RecommendedI’ve been getting my massages there for over 8 years. My services has always been 💯. I was treated to another spa for a massage. Never again. It can’t touch Woodhouse. Staff and everyone is so friendly and the place is so clean .

Won't refund a gift certificate my wife attempted to use at a location they sold in December 2019. Their dispute is with that operator, not with me. Have contacted 3x's and they just keep promising to send the money back, but to no avail.
