RecommendedToday was my first visit here. I had a Swedish massage with Sierra. She was fantastic! All of the staff were very kind and professional. The spa was very clean. I definitely plan on going again!

The staff was very kind, answered any questions I had as a new client, and the locker room and quiet waiting room were both very clean. Justin gave an amazing massage and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Woodhouse to anyone looking for a relaxing spa experience.

Absolutely shocked at the poor customer service here. This place canceled my wife's spa service less than an hour before it started. When I explained that I had to get a babysitter for the day to arrange this for my wife, and I was told sorry that sucks. No empathy, no offer to compensate for their scheduling issue. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was unavailable to speak with me because there wasn't even a manager or person in charge at the spa. On a Saturday.
