I started going at the end of last year and found the place to be great. I started at first with another massage therapist, and then found Michele Donato and since then have not and will not change, she is someone you would really like. My schedule is at times not normal and Woodhouse staff arrange different things to work me in. Overall rating for Woodhouse excellent, rating for Michele….Awesome!
I went there for a mani/pedi. It was very relaxing and had a great spa atmosphere. However I opted for the gel mani and my polish lifted off my nails 2 days later. I certainly did not expect that with their prices! I ended up just going back to my regular nail salon. At least I know that my $30 manicure will last at least 14 days. They really had no interest in correcting the issue after I brought it to their attention. I gave a 2 star review since I did enjoy my time there. But certainly not worth the price.
My first-ever hydrafacial yesterday with Ashley was beyond amazing!! Definitely a new favorite service.
HORRIBLE ! I am an ex-employee of the Woodhouse Day Spa as of July 30th. I just wanted to inform everyone that Alla is a very unfair to her workers. She fired me because I spoke up for myself (I have the right), regarding the fact that she will be taking your cash tips away. I told alla that I will be looking into it legally & she got mad & unprofessional and moveD all my clients I had to another therapist.
