So relaxing! From the moment you walk in you are guided towards the dressing room where you receive a luxurious robe and sandals to change into. Once comfortable you're redirected to the relaxation room where cucumber water and tea is served. The soft lighting and comfy seating makes for a very relaxed environment. I have been going to this place for 4 years now, I completely love the staff and the services. Bar none, best spa on the Jersey shore. :-)
Not impressed. They called my husband even though i was the one to make the reservation. It spoiled his birthday surprise and they did nothing to make up for it other than say “do u still want to keep the appointment?”. Will never come here again.
I love coming the The Woodhouse spa. I come at least twice a year to pamper myself. Yesterday I had the reflexology and hydrafacial. Both were performed by Laina and she did an incredible job. I highly recommend both treatments!
Could be better. Hair at the bottom of the shower. Relaxing service by Kimberly. Front desk staff was nice. Pricing was high.
From the front desk and throughout the entire process everything was perfect!
Horrible customer service. I will never go here again.
