Pluses first-staff was super courteous and friendly. However they kept my car for a week to tell me the battery was dead. They don’t do loaners for a 2024 vehicle under warranty. Returned my car dirty from sitting on the lot with plastic and floor protectors still in place. Also completely on empty which I don’t expect anyone to fill my tank but the fuel light was on.
Woodhouse Chrysler always treats us fairly and the service is always top notch. Jerry Menke does a great job keeping us informed on the progress and diagnosis of the mechanical issues with our Chrysler.
Stopped in Express Lube on my lunch break to make an appointment and they said they could get it in right now. Oil change and tire rotation. Had it done in less than 20 minutes. I'm definitely impressed with their crew! Keep it up guys, totally awesome service!
Blu, our salesman, was a lot of fun. Unfortunately they didn't have the right color. 😉
