I started leasing a 2025 ram 1500 on 12/29/2025. Within two weeks the truck started having issues with the display behind the steering wheel going out. Then the display for the stereo and climate controls going out. Now they tell me that they ordered the display for the dash but not sure when it will come in. They can’t get the middle display approved but hopefully there will be an update that should fix the problem. I had to take a few minutes out of my day to give a shout out to Ryan Greenwood, Service Advisor at Woodhouse Dodge in Blair. First time meeting him and he turned the usual dreaded trip to any service dept extremely pleasant and manageable. Not only did he fix my issues in a timely manner but his positive vibes and energy seemed to be contagious because I left there in a much better mood than I showed up. Avoid at all cost. Not impressed with this place. lowball traders, high ball overpriced junk on the lot. lemons that are over detailed rides. walked away before we sat down. poor lazy sales people with no wiggle room.
