Recently I purchased a vehicle from Woodhouse. The vehicle I purchased had some issues with the steering, specifically the steering gear. They agreed to look at the vehicle and fix it. They changed the intermediate shaft not addressing the component that was faulty. I traded a vehicle and paid extra, $1000.00 to be exact, to fix a cosmetic issue that they found. Matt gave me stellar customer service, willing to cut the slimy tactics most other dealers will try to employ. He offered me a great deal on a lease through fair negotiation and beat out offers from two other dealerships. I had a great experience buying my new Ram truck from Matt Braun. He was great to deal with and made the process very easy. I highly recommend Matt and Woodhouse Ram in Blair.
Our experience at wood house was a little bumpy at first, however even though Eddy was not whom I had originally made an appointment with he was very helpful. He made sure the cars we wanted to test drive were available and even though we were there until after closing we never felt rushed. Only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because of that bumpy start. Which by the way had nothing to do with him or his service.
LIES, LIES, & MORE LIES I went to this dealership to order a new dually. I was ready to pay that day. Austin told me they could price match the offer I'd gotten from another dealer, no problem. I let him know I was in a hurry & didn't have time to waste.
