The service department does nit keep appointment times. Had my vehicle a whole day when i had a 8:30 appt just to tell me the technician didn’t have time to diagnose it at my appt time & parts needed to be ordered., however it was 4:30 on a Friday before informing me. Issue still not corrected. Then tell me there are 40 different parameters that need to be met in order for the start/stop function to work. Crazy in the 4 years i have owned it, it worked just fine until they replaced the part they think caused the issue. 🤬

Bought a new pickup here and have bought a lot of new vehicles here but won’t be coming back after this last experience…. The guy doing the title work needed another document but never told me anything so I was waiting for the paperwork to get the pickup licensed and the temporary plates expired in the meantime, leading to a late penalty and a warning for the plates being expired…. Never again, I’ll go somewhere who has their titling department in order.

Horrible experience. Don’t shop here. No integrity, no interest in servicing customers. Call backs aren’t a thing. Trying to price gouge is their specialty. Stay away!
