My experience with Woodhouse Hyundai in Elkhorn has been nothing short of alarming. I brought my vehicle in for recall work, and I expected the dealership to handle the process professionally and safely. Instead, while my vehicle was in Woodhouse’s exclusive care, custody, and control, it was destroyed by an employee of the cleaning company they contract with. Amazing customer service I felt like family I was offered everything from food to test drives and only got a oil change over all amazing workers and fun to be around.
We took our 2019 Ford fiesta to them about a year ago to have our serpentine repaired and paid for a diagnostic. 2 days after it was returned it broke down with metal shavings in the engine! It should have been recognized with the diagnostic, It should have been covered because it wasn't recognized! but it ended up costing us about 3900 total! Not okay! Will not be doing buisness there again!
Made an appointment with Jake Allen to get my truck serviced while I was out of town for a week. Simple work, oil change, windshield replacement, and a replacement for a cracked camera lens. Jake confirmed before drop off that it would be done before I returned. When I arrived back in town and went to pick up my truck, the only thing that was completed was the oil change.
