I was directed to this particular practice because I had an incident and was in the hospital with severe Gerd issues. My experience was mostly with Jocelyn and I will say she is extremely sweet and listens to all of your problems. My issue with this place is it was extremely and I mean extremely stressful to make appointments or to get really any answers over the phone of any questions that you would have. Dr.. Oluyemi was a gem, amazing bedside manner, very knowledgeable, and very kind. She made me comfortable about with my procedure coming up. However, someone by the name of Bridgette called me this morning requesting my insurance card that I had already given My last appointment. As she proceeded to demand my insurance card, she kept calling me a he and a mister, I was born a female, and I identify as a female, so I corrected her and was very confused because she said she had my ID but not my insurance card. Excellent staff
Terrible experience with Woodholme GI. The doctor refused to listen to the fact that I had severe pain previously but that I’m not experiencing now. Was more focused on the fact that I have acid reflux which is not at all related or relevant to why I came here. Complete waste of time and I felt completely written off with no solution to the problem.
