This complex and the management team here are AMAZING. Rent is affordable, the utilities prices are fair, and the units and property are beautiful. We moved into Woodhollow after a stressful flood at a different (and very bad) complex in Waco, and Randie and Savannah were so kind with helping us get into Woodhollow ASAP. I recently was on a short timeframe with my wife to find a home for the next half year. No apartment has come close in management quality and resident attention. They have gone above and beyond even when my situation made things more difficult for them than need be. If you’re looking for somewhere to be taken care of (at an extremely reasonable price) Woodhollow is the place!
