Ever since macomb took over for wood hill they slack on plumbing parts stock. Also moving out of downtown cleveland is a big mistake theres to many supply houses on the west side already . Ur gonna lose a ton of business
This place sucks now the computers keep failing orders can't buy parts they don't have inventory! Terrible Cant even buy 1 coupling gotta drive all the way to Lake Erie Wynn Nelson
Experiences great at Woodhil. The only problem I have is the receptionist that answered the phone when asked to be transferred to Parts counter to place a order she always say that you need to come in and place an order before 4 o’clock and you guys close at 5 o’clock and hang up the phone
