I live here and it’s trash
Awful management. Doris Steele is practically useless, an insensitive and abrasive animal who doesn’t care that children have to go 4+ days with no heat or hot water in the middle of winter. call and make complaints and no one does a thing.

Nice quiet Condo complex, residents seem friendly. Buildings well maintained.
Our heater is completely broken, there has been so many times during the winter I've had to wear a jacket to sleep even when paid to get it fixed it acted terrible again and the sink water gets way too hot, more than it should be I nearly boiled my own hands. I really can't stand living here yet it's the only affordable rent.
