From the very beginning we were lied to about the train, get ready it's every 20 minutes and they love to play jingle bells on the horn� When we left, management told us they'd forgive us not giving them a 30 day notice and not charge the prorated rent because, "It's the holidays, and I'm feeling generous." We were perfectly willing to pay the extra, WE EXPECTED IT, but we do not appreciate dishonesty and really don't like liars. Maintenance is excellent! Everywhere looks great inside apartment and outside. Parking lots and green areas always looks great! Friendly and attentive management! Very nice neighbors. Beautiful landscapes. I love living here!
I have lived here for roughly 1.5 years. Rent is pretty good compared to other places. We have had one incident of idiots being distructive, and evidently it was taken care of pretty quickly because there haven't been any more. I have a bottom floor unit with hardwood floors. I like it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the size of the kitchen. It really does compare to the one in my RV!
