Hola no estoy muy contenta congested lugar , me quitaron un deposito por nada y ni explicaciones solo por tardarme 4 días en decir que no iba a renovar un contrato que si se los dije el 29 de mayo pero la señora me mandó el papel el día 4 de junio bueno les diré que me quito todo el depósito y ni me explico y no solo a mí hay más inquilino que le ha pasado lo mismo y están bien bravos ni te dan una explicación cuando vas a recoger tu dinero te dicen lo perdiste así de facil

Old and cheap appliances, old buildings poorly maintained. They will try to keep your deposit by all means, they make up stuff trying to interpret the contract in their favor so they keep the money. The lady that manages the place is disrespectful doesn’t even look at you when speaking, and speaks down to you like she’s better than you. The maintenance guys don’t work weekends, so if something happens to you during the weekend you figure it out until Monday.

For the price, these apartments are comfortable and well-maintained. Jeanie is wonderful, despite what others have said. She gives you multiple opportunities to address any concerns. The community as a whole is very calm, with little to no delinquency. Despite not having a gate, we have never had any items go missing nor any break-ins. You cannot find a more economical 3-bedroom apartment than here!

Lived here for many years. Rent usually goes up every year or so. Too bad the owner does not make improvements to the units. They could be much nicer.
