For the price, these apartments are comfortable and well-maintained. Jeanie is wonderful, despite what others have said. She gives you multiple opportunities to address any concerns. The community as a whole is very calm, with little to no delinquency. Despite not having a gate, we have never had any items go missing nor any break-ins. You cannot find a more economical 3-bedroom apartment than here!
Lived here for many years. Rent usually goes up every year or so. Too bad the owner does not make improvements to the units. They could be much nicer.

In the month of December they closed the pool and even today, February 16, they do not open it. They told me that until March or so the rent is super expensive ($2100) and you can't enjoy the pool either, which is the only thing they have? En el mes de diciembre cerraron la piscina y aún hoy día 16 de febrero no la abren ,me dijeron que hasta marzo no abrirá, 3 meses !!!!o sea la renta es súper cara ( $ 2100 ) y no puedes disfrutar tampoco de la piscina que es lo único que tienen ?
Horrible!
