If you truly need the help, I beg of you DO NOT COME HERE. I will be posting an extensive account of my experience there in the near future, but short version, I am extremely concerned for the clients in this establishment and the lack of true support here. They are laying off great staff members, removing staff completely from 1st and 3rd shift in PHP, failing to meet the needs of anybody and even staff doesn't know what's going on. Woodhaven’s Treatment Center has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Their communication is excellent, and they are always quick and efficient when it comes to getting my clients into detox. The team is collaborative and goes above and beyond to coordinate care, ensuring my clients return to me smoothly after detox. Woodhaven has been a great community partner to work alongside. The staff here has gone over and beyond for our clients. Staff and clients have all been very friendly.
They will lie to get you there. Don’t believe anything they tell you. They also allow smoking indoors because they refuse to let anyone go outside for any reason. Case manager and counselors were the only good thing. That’s why I left a single star. It’s not their fault the company is corrupt. If you’re an transgender person, do not go here. They will put you in the wrong housing for your gender identification. This happen to me.
