This place is a freaking DISASTER!!!! NEVER have I seen a rehab so dis organized!! Staff plays favorites and rules change CONSTANTLY! Today they screwed me out of my ride to sober living because the counselor that transferred to another floor (went through 4 different counselors in a month because no one wants to work in the EXTREMELY CHAOTIC environment!!!) and no on made contact with my insurance even though they knew I was supposed to be leaving. I was in the mental health unit case management did nothing for me and they pretty much lost my backpack with important papers and documents inside told me there was no record of it ever being in my property called multiple times with no success be careful what items you bring they just might lose them
I wouldn't recommend a soul to come here. It's all about the billing and how many they can get admitted and held on the floor for awhile. Ppl are constantly lied to when their "Out Date" is. They also get rid of some of the best staff! Some are success stories, most are setup for failure. Don't even get me started on personal belongings disappearing in admissions.
Go anywhere else.
