I went to Woodhaven in a great deal of pain from what felt like a cracked tooth. I was taken in for xrays, the facilities are really dirty and appear to not have been cleaned for a while which didnt strike me as hygenic for a dental surgery, an intern or junior staff member gave me x rays and the other staff member had to keep correcting her as she didn't seem to know what she was doing. she had to redo some xrays several time. Dr. Shetty and the Woodhaven Dental office have been a huge help for me in getting my smile back. I recently loosened a 5 year old crown and post while eating breakfast. After speaking with Dr. Shetty on the phone his secretary called me back and asked if I could be there in the next hour. I went and they fixed it all before lunch.
Right from the start they were rude and not welcoming. They ignored me and I was the only one in the waiting room. Not professional at all.

First time being here in hopes of getting a pain I’ve had within my tooth for about 3-4 months fixed (the solution being just needing a cavity change). My appointment was meant for 12:30, I arrive at 12:20 to fill the needed paperwork’s. The receptionist said it wasn’t registered in the system for that time instead it showed 1:30. They take me in around 12:30 and I’m satisfied thinking “wow, fast service” no.
