Beware they don’t tell you the apartments is 3 times the rent told me without my knowledge knowing it was 3 times the rent told me what I needed to put down on the apartment to secure no one else could get it they ran my application knowing I didn’t make three times the rent and still took my money then denied me now I will talk it over with my lawyer and see what he can do about this situation I feel like this should be brought to people attention before they even fill out the application they no what’s in their contract an... read more
Just renewed and love my place
I was asked if I would given an honest review after renewing my lease and this is my experience. Woodhaven is a great place to live. I just renewed for another year and this will be my second year. My one bedroom floor plan is really nicely sized and better than most I’ve seen in this area and the management has been super. I always see maintenance working and they have been very friendly and responsive in the one time I’ve needed them which was because I accidentally put a bunch of rice down my disposal. Can’t speak for anybody else but I’ve been here for five months and I love my apartment and location it’s in. Peaceful by the wooded areas and ponds. Staff is very caring and attentive and make it a point to throw events monthly. I look forward to renewing my lease when it’s up, until I can buy a home. Highly recommended.
