Needs some major updates that they can't afford on their own. I don't get why they haven't tried to get financial help to replace windows that are needed 1000%. It's still nice place just needs updates in a bunch of areas. The High Plains makes groups but they are for their clients instead of the entire complex so if you don't have a Recovery Specialist then you can't join in. If I could rate this lower I would this is a place I planned on moving to but I guess I'm not good enough to live there so I am getting on Greyhound bus and getting out of Kansas forever just too many haters for some odd reason they denied my rental application but I will find a place even if it is under a bridge somewhere because I don't care anymore i found out why i was denied the place i am staying at right now sent them a bad reference so i will be unable to rent anywhere else if i use this place as a reference so i am ... read more
