I purchased the property at 227 Cedar Grove Lane Enterprise AL in February 2008. The home was a new build by Woodham Construction, CAPTT LLC, it was fully constructed only lacking the interior finishing such as flooring, counter tops, appliances etc. The builder offered a one year warranty to address any issues that may arise and repair to code.
