I lived at the Enclave for two years. Overall, the apartment was spacious, but there were several ongoing maintenance issues. Poor upper management I waited six hours against the wall hoisted by my forearm crutches for someone to show up at the office. I was unable to use my mobile scooter due to the incline and stairs. ADA, Reasonable Accommodation aren’t present. I had tried leaving voice messages, emails and a certified correspondence. All to no avail.
