Avoid @ All Cost!!!! Just moved out of Unit 52 dealt with car break in's, Homeless, Drug dealer neighbors. poor electricity in the apartment caused many of my electronics to short circuit. the oven and stove never worked. when work orders were submitted they would come in look at it and leave and mark it fixed without actually fixing the issue. Do not live here! They have roaches, when you move out they will charge you for every little thing and take your whole deposit, and put you on collection for carpet removal and utilities that you supposedly didn’t pay!!!!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE! Management are full of it. They go up on the rent every other month but don't want to fix anything. They have a VERY VERY VERY BAD ROACH PROBLEM. People are constantly yelling and there are bombs all around digging in the trash leaving it everywhere. The maintenance still.
ROACHES!!!! There is a big roach problem in the housing complex that I stayed in. There way of trying to fix it is by sending in pest control about once every 4 weeks to spray. It never works and the roaches come back in about a week and a half. Other than that the management doesn't care to fully fix the problem.
don't stay One problem after then next. No remote given to get in the security gate to get on property I asked for where the laundry room was, was told she is new and didn't know, never got back to me. I asked a neighbor, found it and you need a card from the office to purchase credits. Not given a card. Had to ask for that too. Only one door on the hall. Asked for that 2 weeks ago, still waiting. We absolutely do care about our residents. I am sorry to hear that you did not receive a phone call back in a timely manner. We try to get all maintenance items done as quickly as possible, there are occasions that we might have to order items if we do not have them available. I hope the items that you have mentioned have been taken care of, if not please contact the office and put in another work order. The gate remote is available for $50 if this is something you wish to have please contact the office.
Good for families This apartment is great for families. It has a fenced pool and lots of grass for kids to play on. However, if you do not have kids, it can get quite loud in the late afternoon. Children running and screaming everywhere, especially during the summer. It seemed as though all the parents in this complex just said "see ya" to their kids as they sat back and relaxed indoors.
