New management is worse than it previously was. Don’t listen to the good comments on this place. Constant things getting stolen, cars getting broken into, some residents not getting all of the keys to the place, your living with convicts, and changing leases while still in term. They don’t lock the “security door” and they seriously don’t have any working security cameras. Don’t be fooled, I couldn’t get paid to live here again. Colleen if your reading this you should loose some weight.
Do not let the bad reviews deter you. The apartment is under new management and the on site care taker does a great job. Everyone gives you their personal cell phones if you need anything. Spacious. Apartments are dated with yellow counter tops but overall good
My husband I have lived here for over 2 years. The previous property manager did not care at all about the property, or upkeep on the apartments. In recent, there is a new property manager, who is actively working to better the property. I've noticed a big change in how quickly repairs happen, and the overall mood between the three buildings. The new property manager takes the time to visit with the tenants. They have shown a lot of kindness.
They said we could move in after the application and then they pretty much ghosted us after taking the money
