The staff was friendly enough, but I was talked into an extra $150 worth of exams that benefits didn’t cover. I asked the optometrist to look in to new contact lenses for me (twice), but she never bothered to do so. So we moved to another provider.
Love them
Accurate eye exam and knowledgeable staff. Only thing I am displeased with is the fact that the optometrist said I’d have to make a second appointment to get a second prescription/consultation for contact lenses. That’s another 100 dollars, and no other optometrists has ever made me do that before. The gentlemen behind the glasses counters were wonderful though. Got me a quote for a new pair of glasses no strings attached and tuned up my glasses that I got elsewhere for free.
