Management has been extremely lack in taking care of the parking lot and sidewalks the last several weeks. When I called concerned about the parking lot literally being a sheet of ice, I was told by the manager that anyone who didn’t like how they were handling things was free to move. Really? That is your answer to the safety of your tenants who PAY rent??? I was in a bind, and need something very quick. The lady in the office was SOOO helpful. I filled out a one page application, and in less than 3hrs, I was approved. The apartment complex in itself is reputable! Clean, very quiet, and easy to get to and from places local. Inside could use some updating, however, it’s in very good conditions. Neighbors are in the upper age bracket. Haven’t saw or heard any kids, loudness, or disturbances! Highly recommend! So far, it’s been a good experience!
