I have been a patient of the Dr. Miller family since I think the early 1980’s with my family all (5 of us ) . Dr Miller has done a wonderful job through all of the years. His daughter Dr. Hoback (?) is continuing the excellent professional practice located in beautiful Woodforest Dental Loft. What a great staff that is warm and welcoming. Easy scheduling and great service.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed by how unprofessional the staff was when communicating via text. Their responses were short, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service courtesy. I was taken back by the tone and even mentioned that their behavior didn’t seem professional — yet they continued responding in the same short/rude manner.
