Great place to live! I have lived here for close to 4 years and I have really enjoyed my time here. The community is mostly students and very close to campus for easy commuting to class or sporting events. One of the great things about this complex is that it is still right there close to everything and you don't have to worry about the traffic like you would if you lived on North street in Nacogdoches. Maintenance is the only good thing about this place. The maintenance guys are awesome and do their best to get stuff fixed. However, when it requires outside help, they tell the manager and she refuses. I do not feel safe living here at all. Drug dealers everywhere. I even had a guy come up on my patio (I live on the second floor) and look through our sliding glass door into the apartment. Really regretting being stuck in a year contract.
