2025: surprise surprise nothing has changed except for lot rent increasing ($30 in 2024 when it has usually been $20). We are under a water restriction every year but they are for some reason putting in 18 more homes. They removed what little park and field that we had to put more homes. 2023 update: nothing has changed. The manager, Charlyne Jackson-Fields, tried to illegally evict multiple people in 2021. Mail is being stolen, and they refuse to give us cluster boxes so the post office is holding our mail. The manager has also continued to use the "well this is the first I'm hearing about it" lie for everything. Please look elsewhere. Our water is STILL brown a lot of the time.
