Great service from a doctor that actually knows what he is doing and takes the time to find an answer to your problems.
We planned our visit six months ago and gave them all of our insurance information at the very beginning over the phone and through paperwork. My husband took the day off work to go to his appointment and they rudely told him that they do not accept his insurance when got there. We even received a phone call before hand specifically to review the insurance information. Whenever I called up the lady at the front desk was very mean and snappy. She brought me to tears. I had surgery and got an infection because he forgot to take out a stitch from the surgery he threw antibiotics at it for months I ended up having to go to another urologist and another surgery to fix the infection I would never go back to them again
I was left in a room for 45 minutes unattended and when the doc came in he was totally confused as to who I was and why I was there and then just sent a rude tech in. Wham bam NO THANKS MAN. They should have had orders from the hospital.
