A bit disappointed recently walking into this clinic and having the front desk tell me it's not a walk-in clinic anymore. I really hope I misunderstood, but was completely disappointed when I had to walk out and go to the university district Peacehealth urgent care instead.
Navigating healthcare in Eugene can be challenging (to say the least) but I can’t say enough kind words regarding my experience with Emily. She’s compassionate, knowledgeable, made me feel heard and understood. Being what I imagine was her last patient of the day she never made me feel rushed. This is my second exceptional experience with Emily at this location and I just really appreciate the care I’ve received. I hope Emily and this location stay here for a long time.
Called me a paranoid hypochondriac behind my back to my partner when dealing with an ongoing issue. Super unprofessional and unsafe.
I have not been able to see a primary doctor since I moved to Eugene in August. I was told about this clinic would give me prescriptions to refill the meds I am currently on and check the pain in my ear. Terrible, you'll wait forever to not even get helped. They'll prescribe you like two pills (even when its clear that you need them, and theyre not even pain pills or anything) and treat you like you're a hyphochondriac.. you'll have much better luck going somewhere where they actually are competent. You'll wait hours to just be seen by a nurse practitioner, not even a doctor.. then they have the audacity to be rude, after asking a simple question and they will actually hang up on you.
