Did a tour with Marisol. She was so knowledgeable, courteous, very engaged with me and my wifes onslaught of questions, and made the tour very fun. She sold us with her charisma.
Ive been operating 3 different Air B&B's at this location for years and none of my customers have ever had an issue. The revenue that I generate made it possible for me to move to a luxury double floor apartment in downtown Charleston. Without a few of the Office Staff accomodating me it wouldnt have ever been possible & for that I will always be thankful.
The office staff here is very friendly & helpful. I had the pleasure of touring with Marisol who was awesome. She had answers to all of my questions and concerns when it came to the complex and was overall very helpful and knowledgeable. The property is very clean and well maintained & I would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching!
Convenience is very big for me when looking for a place to live & Being a resident here makes Every day life for me a simple thing! From shopping centers to pet stores and fast food restaurants, Everything is 2 to 5 minutes away.. Not only that, it’s a very quiet neighborhood & i always have Such an easy-going and friendly experience dealing with the Ladies in charge in the front office..
