I relocated to the Charleston area in July 2025 with the hopes of finding a calm and clean complex to live. My experience has been less than superb and a disappointment. From the apartment not being up to par at move in to the ongoing noise issues with the tenants above me to which management has not resolved. This place is trash!!! Walking into the apartment hallways outside is disgusting it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. They continue to increase rent but don’t do anything for the apartments carpet is disgusting and gathering. The appliance are old. I guess the manager & owners pocket the money because it is not going into updates.
We have had a great experience living here for the past 3 years! Management has always been good! I would like to recommend Marisol who has helped me with a few issues over the past few months ! She is great!!!
