Run. the. other. way. The leasing office women are so bipolar. Some days you walk in and they’re cheery and happy, other days you walk in and they are rolling their eyes huffing and puffing about helping you. The team is NEVER on the same page and they will all tell you different things. Our door lock randomly stopped working so we got the lock changed. They gave us keys that don’t work. I have lived here for 1.5 years. Had many issues. Not a single time I’ve tried to get anything handled has it been handled professionally. If you look at the reviews they are all 1 star for a reason. It really is pathetic how many hoops you have to jump through to make any thing happen. I would strongly advise do not live here purely because of the office staff.
Based on what I have read here, wow this place sticks! After driving by in person, I can’t imagine why anyone would want to live here. It reminds me of a graveyard. I will be looking elsewhere to live, sorry not sorry but this place is full of crazies!!!!
I stayed with a generous friend here for a couple of weeks and had to leave after what happened. I would hear faint noises, but management would say it’s “just the pipes,” but the pipes don’t whisper your name at 3 a.m…
Avoid this place. The carpet scam is a real thing and they will charge you more money than you can afford. Not to mention, I am pretty sure this place is haunted after being on property. Avoid.
