If you’re looking for somewhere to live that is overpriced, amenities do NOT work/not open half of the time, AC broken *multiple times* which results in very expensive bills, and you never want to see your deposit again PLUS owing $$ at the end for things you wrote down on your move in check list—> this is your place!!!! One whole star, but believe me, that is generous! Update: As you'll see below, they advised an email was sent to me in May. I asked for the email to be resent because it was not in my email. I was then told that the email couldn't be sent since it was from an employee who was not employed anymore. They provided 4 pictures, 3 of them the carpet was already ripped up. I enjoyed the staff while living on the property—they were kind. During my move-out walkthrough, the Assistant Manager said everything looked good and I’d likely receive my full deposit back, pending a UV check of the carpet. I lived in the unit for two years with normal wear and tear (and was even told this by management). I moved out in early May and followed up about the deposit but received no response. Yesterday, I found a letter from a debt collector with no explanation. Clear communication with tenants—both current an... read more
