Ive lived here since August 2008, and I really like it. My apartment is in the back, so I have a nice, shady, wooded view. I get lots of birds and squirrels that visit, and once I had a big deer waltz right in front of my slider. The manager, Chris, is really friendly, and is always willing to help. Sometimes maintenance requests dont get completed very quickly, but its never been a huge deal to me. I havent had any bugs or anything. I lived here for just 6 months and had an awful time. The screen door to my slider would never stay on, an outlet in my bedroom caught fire, there were bugs everywhere..the list could go on and on. Not to mention the nice greetings that I got from my neighbors by the screaming, yelling and hitting the walls at all times of the day and noisy dogs who live upstairs.
Livbed here several years. The dogs have taken over. My yard is literally full of dog waste. Very little maintenance work done.
