My last visit was Feb 2025. The potential for this pool is fantastic. The layout is good. However, the water is disgustingly dirty. All of the time. Animal poo, algea, feathers, dead birds, dead mice, a lot of bugs. The dirtiest outdoor pool I have used. The sititng areas are well shaded and there are tables, which is great, maintenance on the grassy area to keep it from being dust would be sublime.
Great local pool the kids loved it.
3/2 Fantastic! You listened, heard and acted. congratulations to the MC team, you did it and at the same time restored my faith in this council. I have been to the pool every day for the last 3 days. It is now clean, well-staffed and no algae. Lifeguards are attentive and pleasant. If they are not watching the pool, they are skimming the leaves from the water or scrubbing the sides and picking up any rubbish.
