Not only did the technician come a few minutes early, but he was personable, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and cleaned up after himself. Our gas logs have never looked so good or run so well. Wooden Sun is the ONLY company we will be using from now on!
The tech who worked on my fireplace at Wooden Sun was friendly, prompt, easy to communicate with, and courteous. My fireplace was inspected and cleaned in about 30 minutes. He did a great job keeping our living room clean and tidying up after himself before leaving. Thanks for giving us the peace of mind to have lots of cozy fires in our fireplace this winter!

Wooden Sun personnel assisted us in having a gas insert installed. The sales and scheduling people were very accommodating. Kim and Parker came and installed it for us. All did a professional job. We would definitely recommend Wooden Sun for all your needs regarding in home and out of home heaters.
