Dr Joe Leithold is the best doctor I have ever had. He saved my life a few years ago. I probably won't be here right now if I didn't have him as a doctor. He is such a amazing doctor. He is gentle and explains everything to u in terms that u can understand. Dr Leithold and his assistant r amazing but the people that work as the receptionists , they need a lot of improvement. I did not appreciate being made to convert to a telehealth appointment. My daughter was confused by the covid questioning and tried to clarify but the receptionist did not listen. I would have booked a telehealth appointment if that's what I had wanted. My daughter needed a couple vaccinations and now I have to book AND PAY FOR another appointment. I'm not happy about this. It's a waste of time and money.
Pleased with current experience. Would recommend to others.
I think I'm in good hands with mu Doctor and the staff at the Beavercreek Office.
