I am so excited to move into my new Apt at Woodcrest Estates. The grounds are beautiful. I want to give special thanks to management, Mary, Nancy and Grace. They made my husband and I so comfortable and walked us through the process. I have never witnessed a team that worked so well together and I could see these ladies work hard yet still remain so kind and friendly. I felt so welcome. Terrible office Management and maintenance. Been here a little over 6 months. Maintenance is terrible. Heat was not working. I was told to get a space heater and asked how much heat do you need? Now it gets hot the AC can't get my apartment below 80 degrees. Told by office they tested it and it's working just fine. lol. My dryer was clogged from never cleaning the vent. My sink did not drain. My bathtub squeaks every time I take a step in the shower because they didn't install a base under the tub. One window pulled out of t... read more
