Hi! My appointment was very good. I always love having Julie there to greet me and we have nice conversations. Dr. Laverty is very kind. Crystal was very helpful and is very nice. I felt very comfortable at my appointment and knew what to expect and what to strive for..
Dr. Laverty is a caring, young professional who is picking up where Dr. Marc Smith left off. She shows genuine concern for her patients, but she does so in a manner that makes one feel she cares about the whole person, not just the teeth. Dr. Laverty identified a possible abscess in one of my teeth. She took her time in identifying treatment options and likely outcomes. The prophylaxis was done by Julie, and as always, she was very efficient and pleasant.
Excellent care
Great, friendly staff that not only did a good job with my cleaning, but always takes the time to catch up w me and my family. Punctual service too. A+ rating for sure!
I needed a bit of attention to a crown which had lost some of its porcelain. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the only thing it needed was smoothing off a sharp surface. My insurance covered this visit, which was great. The best part is I am able to walk to Campus Family Dental from my job at Indiana University, thus no parking woes upon my return to work.
The visit today was just fine--no complaints.
I felt like I was being double teamed but it worked out fine
