Friendly reminder to those looking for a quieter place to live in: there are a lot of kids living in this apartment complex, and honestly not all of them are very well supervised. It can feel pretty inconsiderate sometimes, and management doesn’t really seem to have control over these disruptive events… Also, the soundproofing is not good at all, so even if you close the windows and turn on the AC, you can still hear everything. I’ve lived here for about five years now. It is a good location and the new management company is definitely an improvement over the previous one. They are relatively easy to reach and generally responsive. HOWEVER, if you’re looking for a QUIET place to live, I would NOT recommend this apartment. Compared to years ago, there are more kids and dogs in the complex now, so there’s almost always some level of noise, even early in the morning or late at night. I’ve lived at Woodcrest almost three years now and enjoy the open spaces and quiet atmosphere. The new management company, Beach Front Management took over in early 2023. They are slowly investing in the older parts of the building but have once again changed managers -the second one in as many years. The will advertise a pool and spa but please be aware the spa has never worked and the pool is not heated, and as of now it is closed until further notice.
Apartments and complex are very well maintained. Quiet and respectful tenants in the whole facility. Management is Great Lorena is always on top of everything since we moved in. She’s very people oriented and is a great help and very responsive.
Manager is really cool, chill environment
