Woodcrest Apartments are old built in early 70's. Have lots of maintenance issues takes a very long time for repairs to be done waiting over 8 months to get fan fixed. Grounds are well maintained, swimming pool is very clean and maintained weekly. Front gate breaks down often so security is not number one there is ample parking for residence and visitors. there are storage lockers in car ports.
