If I could give 0 STARS I would. They do not fix appliances in a timely fashion. The maintenance guys have absolutely no clue what they are doing. The property manager is very rude as well as the receptionist when you are calling about issues with your apartment. The hallway smells horrible and the people they hire to clean up the hallways leave spider webs and use some bad smelling cleaner! I literally have to hold my breathe until I get outside. I would never rent from them again.
This complex is great friendly people and great customer service from the office.
If I could give zero stars I would! This place is not where you want to live! They will put you out for any little thing and the landlord doesn't deserve her position! She is a very heartless person and doesn't care about what you have going on, they want their money on time! THEY ARE A MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY! $1,650.00 a month is not worth living at Woodcrest!
