Great neighborhood and school districts. Just be careful of the houses next door to you when you buy!! The rent house next to me is a short term rent property that doesnt care about how many people live there, or how long the lease is. The website says “single family housing” but it’s not true. The 3 bedroom home (hotel) next to me has numerous different people stay there every night and the hoa acts confused about the situation. Love this neighborhood and the HOA!
We have our Christmas and Thanksgiving parties here almost every year and we love it! Great space for my growing family and perfect Christmas tree and decor! I just wish the bathrooms were better maintained and smelled better. Just needs like air freshener self sprayer or a little Fabuloso since it’s a community public restroom that all people who live there or use the gym or pool. That would just be my only complaint really overall, the facility is great.
