My daughter was seen for a yearly checkup yesterday but ended up getting sick after a visit. She was not sick before the visit. I love the staff but this has happened before. I'm hoping that when it's slow the waiting area is getting wiped down but I have a feeling it's not.
Been going to this clinic for 17+ years with two children. The level of care received at the last well child visit for a teen was disappointing. It was with a dr seen since birth. It is not the same place it was in early 2000s.
We love Mary Bridge Children's urgent care in Sunrise. They are all so amazing. I have a 5 year old and 2 year old. We have been in to see them many many times. The staff are all very kind and caring. They always get us in. And the nurses and doctor staff are all great! I highly recommend and trust them with my babies.
I arrived 15 minutes early (as requested) for an 8:00am appointment. The building was still locked up until 7:50, so I had to wait outside. I checked in at 7:50. At 8:10 I asked the staff to confirm my appointment was at 8:00. At 8:13, after my prompting, a nurse asked us back to 'get us ready for the Doctor' who had still not arrived by the time we left at 8:15.
I would like to start by saying the front office, nursing staff, and Dr. Husarik are absolutely wonderful. I typically have nothing but good things to say about Woodcreek and the care they provide my son. However, yesterday, this was not the case. His PC did not have an opening so they scheduled my son for a 3 week follow up on his fractured arm with a new provider, Dr. Capon.
