my son had a mental health ap. and the driver never showed. Other times, the driver took my homeless children to school and went way out of the way to get in that mileage making them 2 hours late. They have been taken to the wrong destination and my children were scared and confused. we had no choice but to rely on others for certain needs and sometimes it worked out great. Everyone was safe and accounted for.
We couldn't be happier with the docs and staff at woodcreek. With such a warm inviting environment and the kids pictures on the walls are the sweetest.
Will never return!! I called the clinic to schedule my sons year check up and was told that I had missed it-ok no prob, (I must have not wrote it down) I will reschedule- I was told I could not reschedule and I was required to sign a contract with them, and if I miss ever again I will have to find my son a new doctor-No problem I have now and will tell all my friends and family that this clinics policies are crazy- I liked my sons doctor too, and wanted to keep him but with policies and receptionists who relay this info like... read more
