These people are deceitful. I would never risk buying a home from them. They were working with me on a particular house. We were in the process of setting up a contract and they sold it out from under me. They led me to believe I was the only buyer until it was too late. I would have worked with them on whatever they needed. Deceitful. Don’t do business with them. You’ll be sorry.

They are unprofessional and unhelpful. Their customer service and communication is terrible. I don't know how they are in business. They say they say they will fix items after you close but then when you ask them to fix what they said they would they won't saying since you close and signed off you have to go to the warranty company that can take 90 days just to get to your issues.
