Nice quiet place.Sheena in the office is amazing. She do great work and great communication.
I have lived at Woodcreek since July 2024. I absolutely love my apartment with garage. Having gym access and a pool for this summer is very nice. Valet trash pick up, nature trail, a place to wash my car, dumpsters on site for the two days valet trash pick up does not work. The insulation on my apartment is great and because of that I haven’t had an electric bill over $94.00! Everything feels made pretty solidly and for most part noise reduction is working. Overall, my experience was okay. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Yes I was evicted (breast cancer fighter, going through an active divorce, custody battle, etc) things became financially tough & I appreciate the staff working with me. However, I wish there was a bit more compassion when it came to the actual move out process. We were still in the unit trying to clean up and gather everything, they showed up and just swiftly/roughly started throwing everything into black bags then tied them up. Stayed here for bout 2yrs and it was ok then everything went downhill definitely want recommend it
