I don't live there, but I deliver there. Potholes are huge and the layout is weird and confusing. I know for a fact those apartments can do better.
ROACH INFESTATION! I am writing this, because even after moving out in April, we are still dealing with a roach infestation from these apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Units are heavily infested with german roaches, my lease ends in a few weeks and ill tell you right now, there is nothing you can do about the roaches no matter how clean you are. i have found black mold twice in my unit. the water is constantly shut off, one time it was shut off for a week straight. if you live in the last buildings, the back entrance is covered in pot holes they dont do a thing about. its like going through a maze to get around them. the sink leaks, the washer leaks, the toilet leaks.
