They are very slow, don’t fix things.. You literally have to go to the office and b@&@$ to even get them to come look at whatever problem you’re having. Then when they do come they patch it up. I’m still awaiting repairs.Water is always off, been off ALL DAY with no warning until ask them why my water off. Let me not pay rent on time they will have an eviction on your door. Don’t move here keep your money . It’s a 200$ move in for a reason. When I moved in I noticed my AC / hot water heater was leaking water badly 3 days after I moved in . It’s now a month later and they still haven’t fixed this leak even though I’ve submitted maintenance request and even went in the office to speak with SUSAN and others. They even called the ac people to come out and I asked them did yall fix it and they told me no but it will still leak a bit. WOWWWWW!!! I was nervous about renting in a college town. I have had a great experience. There have been no surprises. The professional staff has made the transition into the community low stress. I love my new apartment. The neighbors are quiet and I can walk to eat dinner and run to the grocery store. I have no regrets of choosing this apartment complex as my home.
