Clean, friendly, peaceful!
I’ve been really impressed with this community! The maintenance team does such a great job—any little issue is taken care of quickly, and they always keep residents in the loop. The grounds are beautifully maintained and stay green year-round, which really stands out compared to public areas nearby. The buildings themselves are solidly built, and I never hear my neighbors, which makes it feel extra peaceful. Overall, a wonderful place to live!

Avoid the townhomes! I cannot speak to the newer apartment units, but I got some of the worst sleep of my life in my 6 months living here. The 1980's townhomes feel dark and musty, with popcorn ceilings and thin walls, and I had countless maintenance issues starting the day I moved in (water leak and water was shut off for hours day of movein). My kitchen sink plumbing collapsed on 2 separate occasions and my closet hardware was not mounted to studs and fell out after I tried to hang clothes. Very drafty and cold in the wint... read more
