Yesterday our washing machine left the chat. I quickly submitted a maintenance request through the online portal. Within 30 minutes Maintenance Technician Chris was knocking on my door. I cannot thank Chris enough for his professionalism and attention to detail while he diagnosed the angry washing machine. I honestly would have never believed that there would be an apartment complex that actually puts energy and investment into making their property as well maintained as possible. The owners, Management and Maintenance team at Woodcreek sincerely care about the quality of their facilities and services that they are providing to their residents. This is by far the best managed apartment complex that I have ever leased from. I am very grateful that I found this place and that they truly care about our comfort of living.
