Love this little community! Thank you to the maintenance team for always being friendly, efficient and keeping the community running smoothly.
Avoid the townhomes! I cannot speak to the newer apartment units, but I got some of the worst sleep of my life in my 6 months living here. The 1980's townhomes feel dark and musty, with popcorn ceilings and thin walls, and I had countless maintenance issues starting the day I moved in (water leak and water was shut off for hours day of movein). My kitchen sink plumbing collapsed on 2 separate occasions and my closet hardware was not mounted to studs and fell out after I tried to hang clothes. Very drafty and cold in the wint... read more
Still moving in. Have a lot of stuff in storage. We’re trying to see what fits. But we do like the community and especially the hot tub! I work out at the gym as well and would request some sort of Opaque window screening be put up on the windows. I feel very exposed and uncomfortable working out. Also, can we get one or two more mats could be yoga doesn’t have to be the thick one there presently. Looking forward to the pool party! Thank you!
I moved into Woodcreek about two months ago with my girlfriend, Sophie, and we love it! Sara and Andria are both incredibly welcoming and friendly. I stop by the clubhouse at least once a day for either a cup of coffee ☕️ or my dog drags me over there because she knows exactly where the jar of milkbones is! The maintenance team is super friendly and responds to any requests quickly. The whole area is so clean and well-maintained. The facilities like the pool ♂️ and gym ♀️ are amazing.
