I honestly would have never believed that there would be an apartment complex that actually puts energy and investment into making their property as well maintained as possible. The owners, Management and Maintenance team at Woodcreek sincerely care about the quality of their facilities and services that they are providing to their residents. This is by far the best managed apartment complex that I have ever leased from. I am very grateful that I found this place and that they truly care about our comfort of living.
I had to go out of my way to write this review because I cannot stress enough how amazing Andria is. We don’t even live here — we were just touring — but she stood out in such a big way. We had several tours the same day, and no one came close to being as professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful as Andria. Clean, friendly, peaceful!
I’ve been really impressed with this community! The maintenance team does such a great job—any little issue is taken care of quickly, and they always keep residents in the loop. The grounds are beautifully maintained and stay green year-round, which really stands out compared to public areas nearby. The buildings themselves are solidly built, and I never hear my neighbors, which makes it feel extra peaceful. Overall, a wonderful place to live!
