I truly never leave reviews but the experience I had here was so bafflingly awful that I had to post one on the off chance that it might save someone a similar experience. I’ll start off by saying that there are some beautiful pieces here and I do love the cabinet I bought for my kitchen but that’s the only positive thing I can say about this store. Nice furniture store, but will be gone at the end of August 2023.
Lance built us a custom set of bookcases for our built in fireplace. They came out perfect. Great place to do business and anything else I would need I would definitely use Woodcrafter’s again

Bought a hutch from Woodcrafters in 2017. During a recent move it was damaged so I called Woodcrafters to obtain a copy of my receipt for a damage claim. Spoke to the owner who advised that they had a record of my purchase. He asked me to send an email with pictures and the request which I did. Never responded. Called back and he said they would send it later. Never responded. I guess this behavior fits in with the other reviews regarding customer service.
