their staffs are arrogant and rude, i have to pull out my kid from class yesterday, and they told according to their policy, my kid has to stay until 5:45pm, and there is no other way to release my kid in early, who give them the right above laws to hold kid in school even parent/guardian can not pick up the kid with proper reason?
It is one of the worst programs ever. The worst one is the Gravey District. I'm surprised that it is still being funded but is wasting taxpayers' money. I have seen staff overwhelmed with no clear support from management. The ratio of staff to children is insane, and I'm surprised they haven't lost a child yet. These people suck to work whit completely don't care about you or your feelings and let there employees harass and disrespect you.. Call to report one other workers never got a call back!! So unfortunate as I gave them the benefit of the doubt.. They also give you the run-around and try not to pay you do yourself a favor and stay the hell away from here!!
We reserved my daughter's spot for summer camp weeks ago. We got a call two days ago saying a local district bought out the session we had registered for. What's the point of registering if you are cancelling us? We were offered the first session, which we are not available for. Most other camps have passed their early registration deals so we will be spending more for an alternative camp despite that we registered nearly two months ago.
