I used to live in Virginia Beach and shop at the Woodcraft store in Norfolk. I have moved to the Harrisonburg area. The nearest Woodcraft is in Lesburg, about 1.5 hour drive. Recently my wife was visiting her mom in PA and on the trip was driving near a Woodcraft Store. Customer service is awesome!
Very disappointed in the customer service here at this store- we have spent quite a bit of money on tools here (larger equipment). We came in today looking for a planner in which we were prepared to spend 3500-4000 on. We were told they did not have any in stock so we asked if we could purchase the floor sample. The store manager was rude and said he will not do so (knowing we needed this piece of equipment right away) and out we went... this store just lost about 30k in equipment from us... little did they know that in addi... read more

Great classes. Lots of selection for all types of woodworking. Competitive pricing and great sales too (you just have to watch for the sales, or just ask the staff, they will tell you when the next sales are)
A good source for wood, tools, ideas & information. Wish they were in Manassas
The sales people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Purchased a hand planer from them and while at dinner the planer was cleaned up and dialed in by the employee so that I could use it out of the box.
