Terrible seller for the Festool brand. Never have stock on anything you need even basics like sandpaper. I have spent thousands on tools there that I can’t effectively use at times because they are unable to stock the consumables associated with them. I end up having to order from more reliable sources and wait instead of walking into this local store. Needs to be fixed. Tired of the situation and it continues to get worse.

My wife and I stopped into Woodcrafters today to look at CNC machines. We were greeted by Jason. He proceeded to give us time and knowledge of both CNC and Xtool Engravers. We are very new and inexperienced at wood working but he made us feel like we were welcome. I would recommend Jason’s customer service style to anyone looking to serve people. Thanks Jason.
